CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel or make any modifications to your order, please contact email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and select international countries. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $70 AUS. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Estimated standard delivery time to Australia is 2-7 days once shipped.
International orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments. If you don't see your country during checkout, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please ensure that you use a secure delivery address and that all shipping information is entered correctly, we are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, lost, or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate it. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact email@example.com once your order has been placed.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order we will happily replace it for you at no extra cost. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away for further assistance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are committed to ensuring you are 100% happy with your order. Should you choose to return a product purchased from bywillskin.com for any reason, you may do so for a full refund or credit within 14 days. Please contact if you wish to request email@example.com a return and we will provide further instruction. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs and duties will not be covered. Your refund will be processed once your return package is received and approved by our team.
