Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, provided they have not been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Returned merchandise must include its original packaging, accessories, manuals (if applicable), and any tags that were attached when received.

Requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not qualify for approval.

How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please email support@bywillskin.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

After reviewing your request, our support team will provide return authorization along with instructions for sending your package. Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Please package all returned products carefully to help prevent damage while they are being transported.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless a return is the result of our error or is otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. Original shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Inspection and Refunds
Every returned item is inspected after it arrives at our facility. If the return satisfies the requirements outlined in this policy, your refund will be approved and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are generally completed within 7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

We do not apply restocking fees to approved returns.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will make every reasonable effort to stop the order before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, contains defective merchandise, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us promptly by emailing support@bywillskin.com. Include your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution where applicable.
