Shipping Overview
- Daily Order Cut-Off: 4:00 PM EDT. Orders placed before this time on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders received after the cut-off begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing Time: Most orders are prepared within 0–1 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Estimated Delivery: Once your package has been shipped, delivery generally takes 6–9 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Shipping Cost: Free shipping is available on all orders delivered within the United States.
Preparing Your Order
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that your purchase has been received. Our fulfillment team will then begin preparing your order for shipment.
Processing generally requires 0–1 business days. During holidays, promotional events, severe weather, inventory updates, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may occasionally be extended.
Shipment and Tracking
Once your order leaves our fulfillment facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and may require a short period before updates become visible.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted national shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently throughout the United States. Depending on your delivery address, package dimensions, shipping availability, and operational requirements, your order may be shipped through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The shipping carrier is selected automatically at the time of dispatch and cannot be chosen or changed upon request. Once your order has shipped, your confirmation email will include the name of the carrier along with your tracking information.
Estimated delivery times begin after the carrier has received your shipment and do not include the order processing period.
Delivery Estimates
Most shipments arrive within 6–9 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to carrier operations, destination, weather conditions, holidays, customs inspections (where applicable), or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
We proudly offer complimentary standard shipping on every order delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase amount is required unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns.
Unexpected Shipping Delays
Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur. If your expected delivery date has passed, we recommend reviewing the latest tracking updates before contacting our customer support team.
If your package has not arrived, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for possible carrier delays. If your shipment is still outstanding after this period, contact us at support@bywillskin.com and include your order number so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bywillskin.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before your order enters processing.
Once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier, changes and cancellations are generally no longer possible. If this occurs, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. We cannot be responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information provided during checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will attempt to update your information before shipment.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, if any items are missing, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly by emailing support@bywillskin.com. Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the item, shipping label, and packaging so our support team can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
